Android and iOS Application Development

A good mobile app solves one problem well. We help you decide what the app must do, design simple screens and build an app that connects to your website or database.

Common app types

• Booking and appointment apps
• Catalogue and ordering apps for small businesses
• Learning and content apps for institutes
• Field-data collection and reporting apps
• Customer apps connected to your existing web system

Process

1. **Requirement and user flow:** who uses the app, on what device and for what task.
2. **Screen design:** simple, readable layouts reviewed with you before coding.
3. **Development:** Android apps with a connected back end where data must be stored or shared.
4. **Testing:** on real devices with different screen sizes and network conditions.
5. **Publishing guidance:** we guide you through setting up your own developer account and submitting the app.
6. **Updates:** improvements and fixes after launch.

Things we advise on honestly

Not every business needs an app. If a responsive website does the job, we will say so. If you do need an app, we recommend starting with a focused first version and adding features once real users give feedback.

Back end and data

Many apps need a server to store users, orders or content. We build the necessary web services and admin screens so that your team can manage the data without touching code.

Ownership

Developer accounts and published apps should stay in your name. Source-code and ownership terms are written into the agreement.
