Fees, payment schedules and refund conditions can differ between courses and services, so they are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Training and courses
Before you enrol, we share the fee, payment schedule, batch dates and the conditions for refund, transfer to another batch or withdrawal. Please read these and ask questions before making a payment. Receipts are issued for payments received.
Projects, software and design services
For project work, the quotation or agreement states the milestones, payment stages and what happens if work is cancelled midway. Work already completed up to the point of cancellation is normally chargeable as agreed in that document.
Industrial products
Product orders follow the terms in the quotation, including delivery, installation and warranty where applicable.
How to ask for a refund or change
Write to info@brainbirds.in with your name, the course or service, the payment details and the reason. We will reply with the applicable terms and the next steps.
